We have not decided yet as to whether or not we will shut down business or continue making CBD products, The laws have changed the amount of THC that can be in each product to only 4mg. With that being said we will need to redo most of our products and purchase CBD isolate and CBG isolate and convert what we have into isolates.

This new Hemp law in the big beautiful bill has effected us greatly to the point as to we dont know if we want to continue making cbd products anymore. Either way we will need to liquidate what we do have and make new products or shut down for good. I will update you here and on social media.

Infinite Organics was founded in May 2019. The vision started in September 2018 in the locker room at 24 Hour Fitness in Centennial, CO. The two founders bumped into each other over mutual conversation on the health benefits of cannabis and hemp.

  • Eric was a former Tesla employee on the Energy division, which included batteries and solar sales. He went full time into hemp after leaving Tesla and started Hemp Infinite in May 2018.

    Eric is passionate about helping peoples aches and pains with hemp medicine. He is most passionate about hemp technologies and would like to pursue that in the future.

    Jordan brings experience in customer service, sales, and organic cultivation.

    Eric and Jordan are both grounded in the desire to grow hemp. Their passion is watching the plant grow, organic farming, and the ability to forecast the upcoming abilities that hemp is bringing to the world.

    Recently, our Co-Founder Jordan Harris has passed away in May 2025. We are saddened and will continue the work in his legacy.

  • Due to the difference between their levels of THC, hemp and marijuana are regulated very differently under the law.

    While hemp was previously regulated as an illegal substance under the Controlled Substance Act of 1970, it was removed as an illegal substance under the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018, which federally legalized hemp and hemp-derived products that contain no more than 0.3% THC.
